Why we built it
Most recipe sites bury a decent recipe under a thousand words and a wall of ads. We wanted the opposite: a tested recipe presented like a spec sheet, with a data bar at the top, a checklist you can tick, and steps big enough to read across a loud kitchen.
How we test
Every recipe is written to be cooked in a normal home kitchen. If a step is fussy, we rewrite it. If an ingredient is hard to find, we swap it. The goal is a dish that lands the first time, not a performance.
