Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a membership or products.
Membership, billing, and auto-renewal
Memberships are offered on a monthly plan at $9.99 per month and an annual plan at $99.99 per year. New members may start a 30-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid membership begins automatically and your payment method is charged. Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate until you cancel. By starting a plan you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; it takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Except as described in our Refund Policy, payments already made are not prorated or refunded.
Store purchases
Prices and availability for store products may change. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is mispriced or unavailable. Shipping is free on orders over $75.00 and a flat $6.99 otherwise. Returns are governed by our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, resell, or redistribute our recipes or content except as permitted, not to interfere with the site's operation, and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose. Membership content is for your personal, non-commercial use.
Intellectual property
All recipes, text, photography, graphics, and software on the site are owned by MADNESS & MISCHIEF, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Disclaimers
The site and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any recipe will meet your expectations or dietary needs.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MADNESS & MISCHIEF, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered in Florida, rather than in court, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court. You and Madness Kingdom agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. If any part of this section is unenforceable, the remainder still applies.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
