Memberships
New members start with a 30-day free trial and are not charged until it ends, so you can cancel during the trial at no cost. If you are charged for a membership and are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of that charge for a full refund. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Store products
You may return most products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Items should be in their original condition and packaging where possible. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
How to request a refund
Email info@madnesskingdom.com or call +1 (917) 998-0784 with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send return instructions and, once applicable, a prepaid label for defective or incorrect items.
Return window and exceptions
The return window is 30 days from delivery for products and 30 days from the charge for memberships. A few items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons once opened or used, and gift cards are non-refundable. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error, such as a defective or incorrect item.
