Steamed Clams in Garlic White Wine Broth
Little neck clams steamed just until they pop open in a buttery garlic and white wine broth. A quick, briny, feel-good dish begging for bread.

Place the clams in a large bowl of cold water and let them sit for 20 minutes so they spit out sand; you can add a tablespoon of salt to mimic seawater.
